How I work
AI-first, with a human on every decision.
Over the last year AI changed how I work. Agents take on several problems in parallel while I focus on direction, review, and judgment. Same four steps, turning much faster.

Listen
A focused call to understand the product, the team, the constraints, and whether I am the right person to help.

Split
A short written proposal that breaks the goal into problems we can attack at the same time, with success criteria and the trade-offs we choose together.

Run in parallel
AI agents work several of those problems at once. I set direction, review every change, and make the calls that need judgment, so work that used to queue up now lands side by side.
04
Hand off
The team keeps the momentum without me, including the agent setups, guardrails, and review habits that make the speed safe. That is the real deliverable.
Tools of the trade

Frameworks change, and agents now write much of the code. The shape of a good system, a healthy team, and a reliable delivery cadence is more durable.
